Instructions

StepDescription
1.Chop up green onion and separate it with the whites and the greens.
2. Add in eggs, salt, and pepper, with cold cooked rice into a bowl.
Quick tip: Break the rice apart before frying.
3To a wok or pan — add the white parts of the green onion with oil. Then add eggs on medium heat.
Let it set for 30 seconds, then scramble the eggs.
4.To the eggs, add frozen vegetables and saute together for 2-3 minutes.
5. To the pan — Add in the rice, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, vegetarian oyster sauce.

Saute on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
6.Add in green onions and saute on high heat for another 1-2 minutes.
