Instructions
Step | Description |

1. | Chop up green onion and separate it with the whites and the greens. |
2. | Add in eggs, salt, and pepper, with cold cooked rice into a bowl. Quick tip: Break the rice apart before frying. |
3 | To a wok or pan — add the white parts of the green onion with oil. Then add eggs on medium heat. Let it set for 30 seconds, then scramble the eggs. |
4. | To the eggs, add frozen vegetables and saute together for 2-3 minutes. |
5. | To the pan — Add in the rice, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, vegetarian oyster sauce. Saute on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. |
