Instructions
Step | Description |

1 | Cure egg yolk in soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil for 6 hours in the fridge. |
2 | Sauce: Into a bowl, add grated garlic, mirin, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and beef broth. |
3 | Thinly slice white onions and scallion. |
4 | Thinly slice beef sirloin. |
5 | Into a pan, simmer sauce and soften onions. |
6 | Cook beef in pan |
7 | Plate rice, add yolk in the middle, and add cooked beef around the yolk. |
