Instructions

1Cure egg yolk in soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil for 6 hours in the fridge.
2Sauce: Into a bowl, add grated garlic, mirin, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and beef broth.
3Thinly slice white onions and scallion.
4Thinly slice beef sirloin.
5Into a pan, simmer sauce and soften onions.
6Cook beef in pan
7Plate rice, add yolk in the middle, and add cooked beef around the yolk.
