High Protein Korean Bibimbap 🍚 I recently been loving Bibimbap, so I decided to make it at home but with 43 grams of protein to help me with my fitness goals! And here’s all the ingredients you need to make it… MEAT AND MEAT SAUCE: – ground beef 90/10 – soy sauce – sesame oil – brown sugar – minced garlic BOWL: – rice – egg – sesame oil – Shiitake mushrooms – kimchi – Steamed Beansprout – Grilled carrot in sesame oil I made the ground beef have a bulgogi marinade which makes this bowl so tasty! The best part about Bibimbap is that it’s so easy to customize whichever way you like. I chose to use some of my favorite toppings and drizzle on top gojujang sauce to enjoy this delicious high protein bowl that’s super easy to meal prep for later! #k#koreanfoodh#highproteinr#recipeh#healthyfoodp#proteinb#bibimbap
