Homemade pizza dough recipe from @andyseastcoastkitchen

2 tsps | Dry active yeast |
1 tbsp | Sugar |
1 1/3 cup | Warm water |
3 cups | All purpose flour |
1 tsp | Salt |
2 tbsp | Olive oil |
Instructions
Step | Description |

1. | Into a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of dry active yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 1/3 cup. Mix it together and let it rest until it gets nice and frothy. |
2. | Into that bowl, add 3 cups of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Mix it together with your hands until it forms a nice shaggy dough. |
3 | Pour the dough onto a floured countertop. Knead the dough until it’s nice and smooth. About 10 mins. |
4. | Form into a nice ball, add it back into clean, lightly oiled bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap, and set it somewhere warm in your kitchen and it double in size. About 90 mins. |
5. | Once it’s doubled, punch out the air, and divide that into 2 equal sized balls. Now it’s ready to use. |
6. | To use for later — store in the freezer bag and freeze. When ready to use, remove from freezer and let it thaw to room temperature. |
